This subscription includes:
- Initial integration setup
- Ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
- Periodic health checkups
In order to benefit from this agreement you must:
- Be running the product on Linux® or Solaris®
- Provide us with an ssh login having administrator privileges (i.e., port 22 access)
